Ceesay's Zilina still ahead after Weekend loss

Momodou Ceesay's Zilina faced an amazing point loss against bottom-placed strugglers Dubinca in Saturday's goalless draw.

Momodou Ceesay came as close to scoring twice but failed to add more goals in his 2010/2011 account after just firing 2 goals in just 16 matches this season.

In the 3rd minute, Ceesay's efforts became wasted when he dangerously headed a ball from the penalty box which landed in the hands of goalkeeper Smith.

Ceesay had another chance in the start of the second half, but burned it out in the penalty area near the border.

The Slovakia champions, Zilina, are still leading the table with 8 points, a single point behind runners-up, Senica, despite the setback.

Zilina coach, Pavel Hapal, after the game, said on club’s site that, "The opponent had two chances on goal, but otherwise we like the whole 90 minutes, to win. Missed, but we thought we could get ahead. We also lacked a certain audacity. If we could give in the early goal, it would be different. We must go on; this team has shown it face a few times when it was difficult."
