Ceesay Garage FC on Saturday beat Kebbeh FC 2-0 in the second season of the Fajara Youths Football Tournament organised by Ma Ansu Nicol and played at the Cocktail Football Field in Fajara.
Two first-half goals from Famara Bojang and Alagie Jallow were all but enough to give Ceesay Garage FC their first win of the competition.
Ceesay Garage FC have collected 4 points in two encounters while Kebbeh FC have bagged a single point in two games.
In the 5pm kickoff of the same day, Ebras Barbing FC drew 1-all with Bayern Medics FC in a well-fought encounter.
Striker Assan Wilson gave Ebras Barbing FC the lead in the 29th minute of the game from a brilliant header after capitalising on Mustapha Jallow alias Saine’s cross but his effort was cancelled out for Bayern Medics FC by substitute Mamud Joof in the 75th minute of the game.
Each of both teams has now collected a point in one outing.
Earlier on Friday in the 3pm-encounter played at the Cocktail football ground, Santa FC recovered from their 2-nil defeat to Tali Bi FC to beat Mecskys FC two goals to one.
Santa FC have now secured 3 points in two games while Mecskys FC are without a point in two encounters.
In the 5pm game of the same day and ground, Smile Africa FC drew 1-all with Damja FC.
The draw has left both sides with each a point in a single encounter.
