The third prosecution witness (PW3), Best Nabang, recently testified in the threatening violence and willful damage to property case involving one Njaga Faal, at the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Bojang.
Nabang told the court he lives in Kanifing Estate and that he recognised the accused person.
He recalled 15 October 2012, when he came home around 7.30 and heard the accused person shouting and he thought the accused was talking on the phone.
He added that the accused was using abusive words, stating that the accused came near his house.
When he came out of his house, he saw the accused with a cutlass, saying he would kill the complainant and would lose nothing.
He explained that he went to complain but nothing was done, adding that he decided to go and report to the police and was escorted by a police officer who arrested the accused.
The case was adjourned till 2 January 2013.
