A man accused of being in possession of suspected cannabis sativa was recently arraigned at the Banjul Magistrates’ Court.
Seedou Singhateh, a resident of Brusubi, in the Kombo North District of West Coast Region, denied the charge and was granted court bail of D100,000 with one Gambian surety.
The charge sheet read that the accused, Seedou Singhateh, on 18 December 2011, at Brusubi, in the Kombo North District of West Coast Region, was found in possession of 19 grams of suspected cannabis sativa.
