Busumbala United beat Brufut United 2-1in the all-Kombo North derby game played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on Sunday to progress to the quarterfinal.
The defeat saw Brufut out of the qualifiers and they will now turn their attention to the West Coast Region third proper set to commence next month.
Jespa Football Academy booked their ticket to the quarterfinal following their 4-2 post-match penalty shootout victory over Sifoe United, after a goalless encounter in regulation time at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on Monday.
Busumbala United and Jespa Academy have now joined Jambanjelly United, Nema United and Black and White of Berending in the quarterfinal.
