The
breaking and stealing case involving one Anthony Gomez which was before
principal magistrate Ibrahim Kijera of the Bundung magistrates’ court, was
recently adjourned until a later date.
The case was adjourned on the grounds that the prosecution witness, who was called to give evidence in court, had lost his voice and the court deemed it necessary to adjourn the case.
