Bombada United of Brikama on Monday beat KGI FC 3-1 in the week-four fixtures of the 2012-2013 Gambia Football Association second division league played at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium.
Bombada United came for revenge following their KGI FC 2-1 loss in the GFA third division triangular qualifiers and outplayed KGI FC throughout the game.
They managed to score brilliant goals to secure their second victory in the campaign.
KGI’s defeat against Bombada United was their second successive defeat in a row after their 2-0 defeat to current league leaders Lamin United last week.
The victory has put Bombada United in 3rd position on the table with 7 points in four games, two points behind league leaders Lamin United and single point behind 2nd position holders Wallidan.
Lamin United have bagged 9 points despite losing to Wallidan 3-0 at the weekend, whilst Wallidan are with 8 points in four outings.
The defeat has put KGI FC at the bottom of the league table with 2 points in four games.
