Black Panthers Football Club defeated Juventus FC 1-0 in the annual Diamond Fitness football tournament at the
Midfielder Lamin Barrow, aka Pablo, scored the only goal of the game in the 15th minute as he brilliantly headed home what proved to be the winner.
Juventus FC fought hard looking for an equalizer but their efforts failed to pay off having squandered all the good-scoring opportunities.
The win has put Black Panthers 2nd position on the league table in group A with 3 points in one game, two goals behind the group leaders Central Gunjur FC.
But the defeat was a setback for Juventus who dropped to the bottom of the group with zero point.
