Banjul United and Serrekunda United are hoping to bounce back in the 2015-2016 First-Eco Partners-sponsored Gambia Football Federation domestic division one league when actions resume in the domestic league tomorrow, Saturday 5 December 2015.

Banjul United will clash with Steve Biko in their week two fixtures, at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium.

City boys are currently occupying second place from bottom with zero point after losing to Wallidan 2-1 in the all-Banjul derby clash in the opening fixtures, and will be struggling for a win against the giant killers to bag the vital three points and move from relegation zone.

Bakau giant killers are sitting mid-table with a single point in one game following their 1-1 draw with Bombada in their league opening fixtures. They will be routing for a positive result against the city boys to clutch their first win as well as keeping their chances of staying in the top flight next season and avoiding relegation to the second tier.

Serrekunda United will meet Bombada at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium. The Serrekunda-based outfit are currently languishing at the bottom with zero point after losing to Brikama United in their opening league fixtures. They will be hurtling for a win against Sateyba boys to clinch their first victory in the league and move away from the relegation zone.

The Sateyba boys are mid-table with 1 point in one outing following their 1-1 draw with Steve Biko in their opening league fixtures in order to keep their title hopes alive.

Elsewhere, Real De Banjul will host Gambia Armed Forces in the other week two fixtures, at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium on the same day.

The city giants and the Soldiers are with 1 point each in one game after their 1-1 draw with Gamtel and Samger in their opening league fixtures and will be pushing for a win against each other to stand in contention for the league title.

On Sunday 6 December 2015, Wallidan will clash with Gambia Ports Authority, at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium. The blue boys are currently topping the league table with 3 points in one game after a 2-1 win over Banjul United in their opening league match, and are therefore steering for a win against the ferry boys to maintain their hundred percent record in the league.

The ferry boys are mid-table with a single point in one match after their goalless draw with Hawks in their opening league game.

Samger will face Brikama United, at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium. The academy boys are mid-table with 1 point in one match following their 1-1 draw with Gambia Armed Forces in their opening league fixtures. They will be eyeing a positive result against the Sateyba-based outfit to grip the vital three points as well as keeping their hopes of staying in the top flight next season.

The Sateyba-based outfit are second spot in the league with 3 points in one outing after their 1-0 win over Serrekunda United in their opening league match. They will be contending for a victory against the academy boys to maintain their hundred percent record in the league as well as boosting their chances of clinching their second league title since they won their first-ever league in 2010-2011 season.

Elsewhere, current league and Super Cup champions Gamtel will host Hawks at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on the same day.

The telecommunication giants are mid-table with 1 point in one game following their 1-1 draw with the city giants in their opening league fixtures. They will be fighting for a win against Red Devils to fancy their hopes of retaining their 2014-2015 division one league crown.
