Hamburg
SV prolific striker Bakery Jatta has been included in the Gambia’s thirty-six
man provisional squad for their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier away to
Angola on 13 November in Luanda.
Jatta,
who is currently performing extremely well for Hamburg SV in Germany second
tier, will bolster the scorpions striking force.
He
scored several goals this season as Hamburg SV continue to skirmish for
promotion to the Germany top flight league next season following their demotion
to the second tier.
Coach
Tom Saintfiet will be hoping to see Bakery Jatta honouring his invitation to
play for The Gambia senior national team following his gleaming performance
with Hamburg SV in the Germany second division.
