The Bundung Magistrates’ Court, presided over by Magistrate Forster, recently heard a criminal case of attempting to commit a felony brought against one Ensa Jallow, a resident of Sukuta Nema.
Jallow, who pleaded not guilty to the charge, was subsequently granted bail of D2,000 with a Gambian surety.
According to the particulars of offence, on 28 December 2010, at Sukuta Nema, Kombo North, West Coast Region, the accused, Ensa Jallow, entered in the compound of one Lamin Manneh, with intent to commit felony, therein wit stealing.
The case was adjourned until 7 February 2011
