A man accused of assault was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.
Sheriff Camara denied the charge and was granted court bail of D500 with a surety who must deposit an ID card with the court.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Sheriff Camara, on 3 January 2012, in Bundung, assaulted one Mamadi Trawally, by slapping him.
Hearing into the case continues.
