One Masanneh Minteh was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with assault, causing actual bodily harm.
He denied the charge and was granted court bail of D500, with a Gambian surety who shall deposit a national ID card with the court.
According to the particulars of offence, Masanneh Minteh on 27 December 2011, at Bundung Borehole, assaulted one Sarjo Ceesay by beating him with a wooden stool.
The case at that juncture was adjourned till 24 February 2012.
