The
assault case involving one Lamin Sanyang continued recently at the Bundung
Magistrates’ Court.
Baba Comma testified as a defence witness, telling the court the accused had never assaulted the complainant, nor caused him grievous harm.
On the day of the said incident he was present when the accused and the complainant had a quarrel, he testified, adducing that they both got angry and attempted to fight but people intervened and separated them.
He said that later he heard the case was taken to Bundung Police Station.
The case continues.
