A man called Pa Morlia was recently arraigned before Principal Magistrate Edward Singhateh of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing a motor vehicle.
According to the particulars of offence, on 21 October 2012, at Bijilo, in the Kombo North District of the West Coast Region, the accused, Pa Morlia, stole a motor vehicle valued at D250,000, being the property of one Bajen Amie Drammeh.
When the charge sheet was read and interpreted to him in the language he claimed to understand, he denied the charge preferred against him.
The case was then adjourned till 19 November 2012, for hearing.
