A man charged with stealing rice and a tiger generator was recently arraigned before Magistrate Tabally of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court.
Mustapha Bah denied the charge and was subsequently granted bail of D50,000 with two Gambian sureties, who must be resident of the jurisdiction and must deposit their ID cards. The sureties must also swear to an affidavit of means.
