One Talibeh Jallow was on Monday 17th May 2010 arraigned before Magistrate Kayode of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of offence, on 7th May 2010, at Serrekunda Sandika, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused stole a bag containing the following items: Fifty-nine belts, eighty-five T-shirts and seven pair of shoes, total, valued at D8000, being the property of one Arfang Ceesay.
Meanwhile, the accused, who pleaded not guilty to the charge was granted a court bail in the sum of D20, 000, with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 24th May 2010 for hearing.
