According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Foday Bojang, on2 February 2015 at Brikama Town, had canal knowledge of a 15-year-old girl, and thereby committed an offence.
When the charge sheet was read to him and translated to him in the local language he understood, he denied the charge.
At that juncture, the presiding magistrate transferred the matter to the SCC and ordered that the accused be remanded at the state central prison at Mile 2.
