Alleged radio thief arraigned

A man accused of stealing from a dwelling house was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court.

 Ebrima Jallow, a resident of Nema Kunku Village, in the Kombo North District of the West Coast Region, denied the charge and was granted court bail of D2,000 with one Gambian surety.

According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Ebrima Jallow, in November2011, at Nema Kunku Village, in Kombo North District of the  West Coast Region, stole from the dwelling house of one Ousman Jaiteh, a radio valued at D150 and a mobile phone valued at D1,500,  being the property of the said Ousman Jaiteh .
