The case of alleged perjury and false information involving Saikou Gibba was recently adjourned to 6 October 2010, for defence counsel Assan Martin to address the court.
The presiding magistrate Fredrick Forster of the Bundung Magistrates' Court informed the accused that the prosecution had filed in their written address, and it was now the turn of the defence to file in their written address on or before the next adjournment date.
