The duo was arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court before Magistrate John Njie on separate criminal charges.
Anthony Michael Dobson, was charged with defilement of an under-aged girl and also involving in child pornography.
According to the particulars of the offence on count one, some time in July 2008 at Yarambaba Estate, had unlawfully had carnal knowledge with an under age girl. And on count two, the offence states that between July- August 2008 at Yarambaba Estate took an indecent photograph of an under-aged girl.
His Gambian accomplice, Mustapha Drammeh was alleged to have between July- August 2008 procured an under age girl to have sexual intercourse with one Anthony Michael Dobson.
The case was adjourned to 11 September 2008.
