One Modou Sowe of Bakoteh was recently arraigned before Principal Magistrate Kumba Sillah-Camara of the Bundung Magistrates' Court charged with stealing.
According to the particulars of the offence, on or about the 4th June 2009, at Bakoteh, the accused Modou Sowe stole three cell phones, mark Nokia, valued at D600 each and two Samsung cell phones, one valued at D1100 and the other valued at D800, being the property of one Alhagie Mambai Sey. He denied the charge.
