One Malang Sanneh, a resident of Tallinding, accused of stealing a mobile phone, was recently granted court bail by the Bundung Magistrates’ Court presided over by Magistrate Frederick Foster.
The bail condition was D1,500 with a surety who must deposit his or her valid ID card with a reachable address to the court.
This followed his denial to the charge of stealing a mobile phone belonging to one Ebrima Kanteh of Tallinding valued at D1,000.
According to the particulars of offence, on 19 April 2012, at Tallinding, within the jurisdiction of the court, the accused, Malang Sanneh, allegedly stole a mobile phone valued at D1,000 being the property of one Ebrima Kinteh.
The case continues.
