Justice Emmanuel Nkea of the Special Criminal Court on Thursday rescheduled the judgment date of arson case involving one Mangiki Sambou on the grounds that the judgement was not ready.
The accused, Mangiki Sambou, was being tried on four counts, ranging from stealing by clerk, to arson, being found in possession of stolen property, and willful damage to property.
The case was subsequently adjourned till 31 July 2012, for judgement.
