DPS For Tourism Testifies In Former PS Jammeh's False Information Case

He admitted to the charges and was remanded in custody, pending judgment.
The particulars of offence in count one stated that on 27 December 2014, at Kotu in the Kanifing Municipality, he broke and entered into the house of one Tony Smith with intent to commit a felony, that is, to steal.
Count two read that he stole items worth D17,200 being the property of the said Tony Smith.
The case was adjourned to 12 January 2015, for continuation.
