Magistrate Ibrahim Kijera of the Bundung Magistrates’ Court recently granted bail to one Musa Badjie, a resident of Tallinding, in the Kanifing Municipality.
The accused, Musa Badjie, accused of stealing from a motor vehicle, was granted court bail of D2,000.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused, Musa Badjie, on 9 June 2013, at Kololi village, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole from a motor vehicle with registration number 2725G, 30litres of gasoil and put it in two gallons valued at D15,000, the property of one Chonke Camara.
He denied the charge and the case was adjourned.
