Ebrima Camara and Lamin Ceesay, both residents of Bundung, were recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with stealing fuel from a motor vehicle.
According to the charge sheet on count one, on 23 January 2012, at Fajikunda, in the
Count two stated that on 23 January 2012, the accused persons, Ebrima Camara and Lamin Ceesay, conspired among themselves to commit a felony.
They denied the charges and were each granted court bail of D500 with a Gambian surety with a valid ID card and a reachable address.
The case continues.
