One Ali Mbye was on Monday 9th February 2009 arraigned at the Brikama Magistrates' Court presided over by Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh for careless driving contrary to section 51 of the criminal code cap 10 vol III laws of the Gambia.
According to the particulars of the offence on or about the 9th day of October 2008 along Brikama High Way, the accused Ali Mbye drove a motor vehicle with registration No. Bjl 8397B, without due care and attention and thereby caused an accident.
