A man was recently arraigned before Magistrate Ngube of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, charged with breaking into a building with intent to commit felony.
Landing Darboe pleaded not guilty of the charge and was granted court bail of D5,000 with a Gambian surety.
The particulars of the offence stated that on 9 April 2011, in Serekunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused, Landing Darboe, broke into the house of one Musa Taylor with intent to steal therein.
Hearing continues on 2 May 2011.
