Alleged 1m CFA theft case resumes today

The alleged 1m CFA theft case involving one Fallu Jagne, a Senegalese national is expected to resume today before senior Magistrate Abdoulie Mbacke of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court.

According to the particulars of offence, on 16th September 2009, at City Pub in Dippa-Kunda in the Kanifing Municipality, the accused Fallu Jagne stole from the pocket of one Sanna Kah, an amount of 1m CFA.

Today’s proceeding is expected to see the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses.
