All roads to ‘Dem Beeh Jeeh’ album launching

All roads lead to Artenola Gambia’s album launching; a young rising rap and Afro-Manding artiste, whose album, ‘Dem Beeh Jeh’, will be launched on 22nd November, 2014 at the Alliance Francaise along Kairaba Avenue.

According to him, the album comprises ten tracks and some of the promotional songs are: ‘dem beeh Jeeh’ and ‘Yama Morm’ featuring Tafa Artiste produced by State of Mic Studio and Pack Studio.

He added that four singles entitled: “Mbe nyo kono” featuring Jali Madi, “Chasing dream” featuring Kerr Gi family, “Wuli yeku keh” (get up and do something) and “Beautiful Stars featuring Silky Crise will all be part of the album.

He noted that his vibe entitled “Mbe nyo kono” (We are the same) is making waves on GRTS.

“Thanks to all those who have contributed immensely towards my music career, the producers, Manding Empire, Indiana Fashion Shop and all my fans for making the project a reality,” he said.

He added: “I am chasing my dreams to get out there to develop myself to the highest standard in the music industry, both at home and abroad”.

Baks, Artenola’s Manager, said Artenola has made it in the music scene as a solo star a couple of years ago. With his short spell in music, he has over the years produced thrilling melodious songs, ranging from Ndaga to hip-hop and afro-mandingvarieties.

According to him, with a smooth voice, plus his creative talents, he is really one of The Gambia’s spectacular stars who continues to win the hearts and minds of many music fans in the country.

Artenola, whose real name is Suwaibou Bondi a resident of in Latrikunda German in the Kanifing Municipality, started music in 2009 and, in 2013, he was given a scholarship by MandingMorry Academy of Music (MAM) and the Foundation of Performing Arts (MANFOPA) where he studied music theory and practicals.
