The much-awaited Super Cup final will feature current league champions Santos United FC and knockout champions Farm Engineering FC, an encounter described by many football enthusiasts in Gunjur and its environs as a crunch clash.
Saturday’s Super Cup meeting will be the second between Santos United FC and Farm Engineering FC in Gunjur summer biggest football festivity.

Star Janneh has played for Dabanani FC in Gunjur Nawetttan before joining the country’s top flight side Wallidan.
Star Janneh was called to the Gambia National team following his eye-catching performance for Wallidan in the country’s top flight before leaving for USA in the early 90s for studies.
Star Janneh was part of the Gambia’s squad that thrashed Mauritania 3-0 in an international friendly match played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau in 1987.
Star Janneh has worked with Standard Charted Bank branches in Banjul and Accra in Ghana.
Star Janneh also worked with Barclays Bank branch in Dubai, Qatar, the sponsors of the popular English premier league.
The winner for the 2015 Buba Star Janneh Gunjur Super Cup final will receive D10,000, whilst the runners-up will receive D7,500.
