Adama finished 5th position out of 56 athletes in the men 200meter race.
He is currently ranked 9 in the 100meters with a timing of 10:41seconds.
Fellow Gambian Omar Jammeh came 5th in the semifinals with a timing of 1:49:96 seconds in the 800meters men race.
Adama expressed delight at qualifying for the final of the 200meters men Africa Senior Championship.
