We are pleased to learn that the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) will today lay the foundation for partnership with the
We are also pleased that The Gambia has now become the 35th African member state of the ACBF.
To us, this has been overdue.
It is, however, never too late, since the country is busy on public sector transformation in building a robust public service.
