Ali Ceesay, Monsieur Camara and Abdoulie Bah were recently arraigned before Magistrate S.B. Sabally at the Bundung Magistrates' Court charged with three criminal offences.
According to the particulars of the offence, on count one, in the month of October 2009 at Tabokoto by false pretence and with intent to defraud, the three accused persons jointly received the sum of D80,000, from Momodou Lamin Cham with the pretext of providing him with an Argentine visa.
Count 2 stated that in the months of October 2009, at Tabokoto the accused persons with intent to defraud jointly made a false Argentine visa, bearing the name of Modou Lamin Cham knowing the same to be false.
Count 3 stated that in the month of October 2009, at Tabokoto by false pretence and with intent to defraud the accused persons jointly conspired to make a false Argentine visa for Modou Lamin Cham knowing the same to be false.
All the accused persons pleaded not guilty to the charges preferred against them, and the case was subsequently adjourned to a later date.
