A medical report prepared at the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital and seen by The Point states thatKani is suffering from mital stenosis. According to the conclusion of the report, the mital stenosis is severe.
When she presented at the RVTH as an out-patient Kani Sowe was complaining of excretional dyspnea which was relieved on resting, a productive cough at night - blood streaked, palpitation, weight loss and loss of appetite.
