Police
in Banjul have arrested two staff of an Islamic Bank in Farafenni in the North
Bank Region as investigations into last week’s robbery case continue.
A
source who is familiar with the matter and spoke to The Point on the condition
of anonymity said police in Banjul believed there was a foul play as they
apprehended two suspects.
Another
source who spoke to The Point on the same matter said the bank’s key was in
fact left at the bank on that faithful night of robbery, thus opening room for
suspicious.
