Sixteen teams have lined up for the fitness league tournament organised by Wellingara Youth and Sports Development Committee at the Wellingara football field.
The teams that are vying for the trophy are Luxury FC, Tali Bi FC, Falcons FC, Piccadilly FC, Miami FC, William FC, Toubabo FC, West Side FC, Aston Villa FC, Blue Stars FC, Golden FC, Future Stars FC, Green Land FC, Dallugie FC, Palm Beach FC and Oxford FC.
In the opening game of the tournament at the Wellingara football field on 23 October 2010, Luxury FC drew 0-0 with Tali Bi FC in a keenly contested encounter that attracted a large crowd of supporters from Wellingara and its environs.
