GOD IS ABLE TO DO ....

Nov 19, 2025, 11:50 AM

In the Bible, we see the God of the universe at work and the acclamations that follow His handiwork. Job said of Him: "I know that you can do all things, no plan of yours can be thwarted."(Job 42:2) Prophet Isaiah complemented: " ...and from ancient days I am He. No one can deliver out of my hand. When I act who can reverse it?" (Isa. 43:13)

Three attributes charactise who God is throughout Scripture, and these are, that He is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. God is All-Powerful, All-Knowing and Ever-Present. These attributes when broken down further span over a vast number of specific domains.

Not one of His attributes is for His benefit. He makes them available through His Son Jesus.

Thus, God is able to save completely. Because Jesus has a permanent priesthood: "..He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them." (Hebs. 7:25)

God is able to deliver. He delivered the three Hebrew boys from the burning furnace. (Dan. 3:17)

God is able to make all grace abound to us. (2 Corin. 9:8) for good works.

God is a Promise-Keeper. Though Abraham's body was as good as dead, and Sarah's womb was also dead, they were "...fully persuaded that God had power to do all that He promised." (Rms. 4:21)

Needless then to look anywhere else for help. Help is right there within our reach.

Stand on these promises as you begin to call on His name. Lean also on His Word. "...for He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine according to His power that is at work within us.." (Ephesians 3:20)
