The young Gambian singer, songwriter and Africell brand ambassador is nominate under the SheAwards 2023 Music Personality of the Year category.
The announcement of winners and conferment of awards ceremony by the Award will be over the weekend on Saturday in anticipation of the International Women’s Day, on the theme: ‘Celebrating Frontliners Against SGBV’.
Other Gambian female musicians who will be rubbing shoulders for the same honour as nominees are Mariama Cham, Praise Gimba and Awa Bling.
As the Gambian entertainment stage increasingly continues to be highly competitive, the honour will be a plus and boost the career of anyone amongst them who emerges winner.
