African women concert set for 19 June

Come 19 June, the Abuko Club Satalite is expected to rise above sea level as Da Builders Movement group will be on stage to entertain a large crow of music lovers.

The group comprises three young artists namely Pa Hali Secka(Secka Baye), Modoulamin Sanyang (Tacho), Bakary Kebbeh (Baks) respectively.

In a chat with this reporter, Pa Hali Secka widely called (Secka Baye), member of Da Builders Movement said they are currently busy putting finishes touches to set the concert which they called African Women Concert.

Secka added that they are well prepared and ready to give the fans what they really need on that very night, adding that the movement has released over 11 songs which are currently hitting the market.

The young stars started their music career in 2016 and they released their first song called “Dom bugorr” which hits the entire country.

They also released an album called ‘Munyalanteh.’

 According to Secka, this concert is dedicated to all women in the world as a result of their efforts.

 Bakary Kebbeh, one of the organizer explained that  women played a very important role in the socio-economic development of every country, so this is why we name the concert African women.
