Bojang, a seasoned coach started his coaching career in the Sukuta ‘nawettan’ as assistant coach in 2010/11 with Bahamas FC before his appointment as the new head coach of Sukuta zonal team.
Prior to his appointment, he was also promoted as the head coach the following season in which he finished as Knockout finalist.
He was a league finalist in 2016.
Bojang was the assistant coach of the Sukuta zonal Team that lost to Gunjur in the semi-final match of the 2016 Super nawettan Zonal football tournament.
He guided Sukuta to the Real de Banjul @50 football tournament final in 2016 in which Sukuta slipped to Niarry Tally FC of Senegal 1-0 in a tightly contested final played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
Bojang has also coached several 3rd and 2nd Division teams from 2016 to date.
He was with the Nema Youth 3rd Division League team.
Bojang also coached SanchabaSulayJobe 3rd Division from 2019 to 2023.
He was assistant, trainer and technician with B4U Kiang.
