Madagascar and The Gambia will today, Friday, 11 October 2024 square off in their Group A match of the 2025 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Morocco at 2pm.

Madagascar, who are winless in their previous 12 matches, will scuffle to beat The Gambia to end their winless run in the continent’s biennial biggest football fiesta qualifiers.

The Gambia must defeat Madagascar to maintain their chances of qualifying for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted in Morocco, despite their slow start to the continent’s bi-annual biggest football showpiece qualifiers.

Madagascar and The Gambia are both with a point each after two qualifier matches.

Meanwhile, Tunisia will play against Comoros Islands in the other Group A qualifier match today, Friday, 11th October 2024 in Tunis at 7pm.

The Tunisians currently sit top-spot in Group A of the continent’s biennial biggest football fiesta qualifiers with 6 points after winning their two qualifier matches.
