The Academy defeated RS Tallinding 7-6 on post-match penalty shootouts after regular time ended goalless in their nail bitting Elite League promotion play-off final played at the Your Dreams Sports Academy Complex in Basori.
Samger and RS Tallinding both fought hard to beat each other to regain promotion to the First Division League but normal tome ended goalless.
This pushed the match into penalty shootouts, which ended 7-6 on favour of Samger.
The win earned Samger a place in the country's Elite League.
Samger were demoted to the Second Division League last season following their dismal performance in the First Division League.
RS Tallinding missed the chance to gain promotion to the First Division League after losing to Samger in their Elite League promotion play-off final.
