Real de Banjul and Bombada have missed the opportunity to close gap on The Gambia Ports Authority in the 2025\2026 Vista Bank-Baluwo sponsored Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League.

The duo missed the opportunity to gap on the Ferry Boys on the country's Elite League table after dropping points in their week-16 matches played over the weekend.

Real de Banjul drew goalless with Steve Biko at the Bakau Mini Stadium to share the spoils in the First Division League.

The City Boys now occupy third-place on the country's Elite League table with 25 points after sixteen league matches.

Bombada slipped to Brikama United 2-1 in the all- Brikama derby clash played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.

The Bombada Boys surrendered maximum points to Brikama United following their narrow defeat to the Sateyba Boys.

The Bombada Boys now sit fourth-place on the First Division League table with 25 points in sixteen league outings.

Bombada will strive to win their next league match to maintain their league title aspirations.
