When it comes to humanity, Fisco as he is fondly called, stood out without competition, anytime you are in need he was there to cover up for you, his generosity reached every corner of The Gambia and beyond.
When it came to providing food and materials for the needy, he was present at the forefront, putting smiles on the faces of the masses, rich or poor and without camera; integrity was his greatest strength.
Donating football gears to the players was another trait unmatched up till today. He even provided for players from other teams. I mean his rival clubs. That is how generous he was as a human.
He sheltered many people with rent free in the properties he owned all over the greater Banjul area. He was a great leader and father.
I could go on and on mentioning the goodwill gestures of this man. Today, we still mourn and miss him. There is a local tamuldic saying “what a parent can do for 10 children, those 10 children cannot do the same for their parents” here is a living proof; no one can boastfully replicate this man.
I want us to take a time and send prayers for him and all the loved ones we lost, may Allah SWT enlighten their graves and grant them the highest of Jannah.
Ameen Yarabi!
