German Topflight side, Borussia Monchengladbach on Monday signed Gambian wonder-kid Lamin Touray for their U23 team after he left Viktoria Köln.

The 18-year-old midfielder who played for the Viktoria Köln U19 side, scored one goal in three Bundesliga U19 championship games during the 2020/21 season, which has now been canceled.

The Brikama-born player last played in Viktoria's 1-0 win on match-day 3 against the Foals and scored the decisive goal.

Touray trained with Borussia Dortmund until 2019. “Lamin is a lightning fast and offensively versatile player. He thus fulfills a requirement profile that we would not have been able to depict from our own youth,” said Virkus.
