FK Jablonec defeated Mlada Boleslav 1-0 in their keenly- contested semi-final match played on Tuesday.
Jawo scored for FK Jablonec in the 34th minute of the match from a glancing header following a corner.
Jawo won Man of the Match award following his staller performance during the match.
Jawo scored 10 goals and provided four assists in all competition for FK Jablonec.
Jawo expressed delight for guiding his team to the final.
