Lamin Jallow scores for Serie B side L.R Vicenza

Scorpion winger, Lamin Jallow scored the only goal for his Italian Second Division side L.R Vicenza during their 2-1 home defeat to Lecce in their week thirty-fourth fixture of the Italian Serie B (Second Division) league played at the Romeo Menti Stadium on Saturday.

The 25-year-old scored his side only goal in the 62nd minute of the second half, which was an equaliser after Stefano Pettinari opener for Lecce in the 50th minute of the match.

Liam Henderson scored a brilliant goal for Lecce in the 67th minute of the game to earn side the maximum point.

The defeat was Lamin Jallow and his Vicenza side their eleven loss of the league season.

Lamin Jallow's strike against Lecce was his second goal of the season after eighteen matches.

The defeat dropped Lamin Jallow’s L.R. Vicenza to 13th position on the league standings with 41 points while Lecce moved to 2nd position on league table with 61 points after thirty-four matches.

Vicenza next encounter is away to Vertus Entella today, Tuesday 20 April 2021.
