The Kanifing East boys defeated L.K. boys on penalty shootout after the regulation time ended goalless in the 2021 Kanifing third division league final played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau over the weekend.
The victory earned Kanifing East FC a spot in the country’s second tier after their winning of the Kanifing regional third division league final match.
Meanwhile, Kanifing East FC will prepare themselves fit for the 2021-2022 second division league season after gaining promotion to the country’s second tier.
